WELCOME!
747 is a weekly protestant worship gathering on campus which draws together a variety of worship styles and practices, including songs and prayers from different times and pleace, resources from various traditions, original thoughts, activities, discussions, and much more. It isn't polished, and sometimes it gets messy -- but that's bound to happen as we seek to be open to God's Spirit moving in our midst! The name is actually the time -- 7:47pm every Wednesday (while Fall and Spring classes are in session). Locations and other information can be found here at GMU747.org. Bring your friends! At 747, your questions and doubts are valued as an integral part of the journey, so don't check your brain at the door ... nor your heart and feet. This isn't a show to come watch -- it's a dynamic community experience where everyone has something to offer, so bring your questions, your creativity, your thoughts, your heart, and your voice! Together, we'll seek to discover how to live in tune with God here and now.
